Don't be naive, they don't all work the fields, some have experience in the skilled trades. Go visit construction sights, auto repair shops and manufacturing companies. With good to great work ethics it would be hard to turn them down. But each job is a job that a US citizen coming out of high school or college (no matter your race, ethnicity, and all that other stuff) could use to kick off their lives, instead they compete for those jobs.
I do wish that we could get a tax refund for the unfinished border wall, i could sure use it to pay the tax/fine for not having health insurance in 2020 here in California.
I won't hold my breath waiting for these open border politicians donating their paychecks to (at the least) pay for the physiological therapy some of these children will need after the hardships, sex and physical crimes they may have been subjected to, trying to desperately get here with or without their parents.
