I'm going to start a business helping businesses and individuals migrated from Big Tech platforms to systems that are MAGA Compliant.
One of the foundational components is having a name server registrar that supports free speech.
For example- Substack.com is registered via Amazon and will be subject to censorship eventually. I can help move it to a registrar that is not subject to the 'Five Eyes' of Big Brother.
Sounds like you may not know the details, but the rest of us do. An even more reasonable assumption is that Parler is interested in a monetary judgement than being operational today. Because if they wanted to be operational today, they could just do what Gab did, and put their servers in counties that don't do censorship. Instead, they are down and engaging in a fools errand by trying to sue Amazon.
I recieved this from a HAM operator friend of mine: I just read an article on Radio Reference regarding a letter sent to sellers of "radio deviced" on their platform. Amazon is , badically, cracking down on the sale such devices. The general belief, at this point, that this action will inevitably come to include Baofeng walkie-talkies & the plethora of knock-offs, although those units have not been mentioned by name (yet). Sounds like Lil Jeffy is attempting some CYA. Personally, I would suggest anyone with an interest in purchasing Baofeng or similar units assess their possible needs and order soon. There has been no word from eBay on this yet, but I would assume they will follow suit in time. Sounds like the FCC is actually taking some steps to rein in the usr of these Chinese radios all the while shoving 5G cellular technology (also Chinese) down our unwilling collective throats.
We gotta be able to beat them at their own games! I’ll help in any way I can!!
I agree

Can you help Parler?
I could easily help Parler, but the bigger question is - does Parler want to be helped?
Well, the reasonable assumption is that they do, unless you know something about the situation that the rest of us don't know.

Does this mean these comm redios are going to be harder to buy. FCC is cracking down on them I'm being told.

For what it is worth, "Telegram" has ears...
I'm a ham also, interested in how you're going to incorporate ham radio into the comms?
